Steps
★At first, insert the removable pressure relief plugs in the appropriate holes where relief is needed. Then insert stretcher in shoe.
Ⅰ- LENGTH STRETCH :
Turn the “Wheel-Shaped” handle in clockwise direction to adjust length.
Ⅱ- INSTEP STRETCH :
Turn the “Heart-Shaped”metal crank handle in clockwise direction to adjust instep.
Ⅲ-WAIT FOR THE BEST RESULTS:
Leave shoe stretcher in place for at least 24 hours.
Ⅳ-REMOVE STRETCHER FROM YOUR SHOE:
Turn handles in counterclockwise direction.
NOTE:
In order to avoid damage of your shoes and the stretcher,DO NOT OVERSTRETCH!!!
